Jesus “Jesse” E. Ochoa, is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Ochoa, PLLC, located in the heart of Houston, Texas. Jesse holds a Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law – Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University.

Jesse was inspired to practice immigration law by witnessing his own mother’s remarkable journey. She arrived in the United States as a little girl, alongside her mother and three siblings, with her mother serving as the single parent guiding their path. Their journey was a testament to the power of hard work, perseverance, and faith in overcoming language barriers and financial struggles to achieve the American dream.

Before Law School, Jesse successfully ran McBad Creative, a digital marketing agency in San Antonio, Texas, for over 4 years. Running McBad Creative served to teach Jesse the grit and tenacity it takes to run a business. As such, Jesse understands the drive, optimism, and relentlessness that it takes to run a business, making him an experienced and dedicated entrepreneur who understands firsthand what it takes to succeed in the business world.
